I couldn't recommend Livi's workouts highly enough. She pushes me harder than I would normally work at home on my own but not too hard that I am in pain for days! Since beginning her workouts I've definitely become more toned and generally just feel fitter. Livi always makes the sessions varied with different exercises, routines.
