About Me
Hi, I'm Olivia and I'm the creator of OT Training. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body alongside a healthy mindset. I have always had a love for Fitness and Nutrition. Being an active Horse Rider from the age of 7, a competitive lacrosse player and horse rider for university teams. To then finding a passion for Crossfit and weightlifting whilst travelling in Australia for 2 years, from 2017. I went on to complete my level 3 and 4 Personal Training Qualifications alongside a Nutrition course. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will aim to educate you every step of the journey. Whether your goal is mobility, Fat loss or Strength I am able to help provide sustainable long term results.
